Note: First, before upgrading any space, please review this page, which shows exactly which features are available in the Classroom Edition of PBworks.
The PBworks Classroom Edition upgrade is done for exactly ONE (1) workspace, and it will not be applied to every workspace you have at my.pbworks.com. You are free to upgrade each space individually, however, if you're upgrading more than one space, you may want to contact our sales department about a Campus Edition upgrade, which can be applied to many spaces. Additionally, the features in the upgrade are almost exclusively administrative, and while Administrators will notice many more security options and some customization options available after the upgrade, most users of the space will not notice any change.
- First, you must be logged in as an Administrator of a space to upgrade it, so first, make sure you are logged in at My PBworks, under the right account.

- In your list of spaces, you'll notice a green or yellow medallion for every space you are Administrator. You will only be able to upgrade spaces to which you have Administrator access. Visit one of these sites to continue upgrading the space.

- Click the green "Upgrade Now!" button to upgrade the workspace.

If there is no green button to upgrade, your space may not be classified as an educational workspace. Only educational workspaces can be upgraded to Classroom Edition. If you've accidentally created a non-educational space, please contact support so that your workspace can be reviewed and switched to the educational category.
- Click the link to upgrade the space to Classroom Edition.

- You should be taken to a secure page on plans.pbworks.com to put in your credit card information and process the order. Before upgrading, please make sure you review the features which will be enabled for the one workspace you are upgrading.
