What's OpenID and how can I use it?

PBworks supports OpenID as a way you for you to conveniently log in to the service.  What does this mean for you? It means that you no longer need to remember yet another password to log into your PBworks account.

Adding my OpenID Account

Create a PBworks Account (or log into your existing PBworks Account) at http://my.pbworks.com, Click on the Profile tab, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and add your OpenID. Click "Save" and you'll be forwarded to OpenID. Click the "Verify forever" button to verify your OpenID use on PBworks.

If you don't already have a PBworks Account you can enter your OpenID information first to breeze through the already-simple registration process.

Using my OpenID Account

Click on the OpenID logo on the login page. Or visit my.pbworks.com/openid to log in to PBworks with your OpenID.

Removing my OpenID Account

Just scroll down to the OpenID page on your PBworks Account, delete the OpenID from the text box, and click "Save."
