Templates are a great way to reduce repetitive actions and save time when working with your workspace.
Creating your own template
You can tag any page as a template and it will appear in the list of templates the next time you create a page. Make sure to use a lowercase "t" for "template".

Creating a page with a template
To create a page using a user-created template, follow the steps outlined above to create a template. You can also use one of the templates that PBworks provides automatically with your workspace.
- Click "Create a page" in the top right corner of your workspace.
- In the form, type the name of the new page you want to create and click the "Use a template" option.
- A dropdown box will appear, allowing you to pick the template you want to use. Select the appropriate template.
- Click the "Create Page" button.

Deleting a user-created template
To delete a user-created template, go to the workspace page that has been templated and click "Edit Tags". You can then remove the word "template" to have this template removed from your list of workspace templates.

Deleting a PBworks-created template
Unfortunately you will not be able to delete PBworks-created templates at this time.
