What is a plugin?

 

 

A plugin is small widget or program that can be viewed by your browser and displays various types of content.  With PBworks, you can insert lots of different kinds of plugins, depending on what your page needs.

How do I use plugins?

1. Enter "Edit Mode" of the page you want to embed the plugin into.
2. Click the “Insert Plugin” button.

   

3. You'll be shown a menu of available plugin categories.

   

4. When you place your mouse over each category, a list of available plugins will appear.  Click on the plugin you want to use.

How can I move my plugin on the page?

Once you have inserted a plugin on your workspace page, you can easily move it by clicking the green plugin box and dragging it to the correct location. 

 

You can also align your plugin to the right or left of text.  To do this:

 

1. Click the plugin so you can see the property boxs on each corner.  Your plugin will look like this

 

1. Next right click the pluginbox, a short menu will appear.  The menu will look like this

 

1. Chose 'Image Properties' and adjust the alignment of your plugin
