What is a PBworks Account?
A PBworks Account is your personal portal to all of your workspaces. It allows you to organize and manage your workspaces, whether you have one workspace or one hundred.
How do I create my PBworks Account?
To sign up for your account, simply go to http://my.pbworks.com and click "Sign up" or just click on this link: https://my.pbworks.com/?p=create. Enter your name, e-mail address and password to start the account creation process. The next step is to check your e-mail Inbox (or Spam/Junk Mail filter if you don't find it in your Inbox) for the confirmation e-mail. Your PBworks Account is not set-up until you successfully confirm its creation by clicking on the link contained in the confirmation e-mail.
What if I don't get my confirmation e-mail? How can I resend it?
If you don't get your confirmation e-mail, check your spam/bulk/junk mail folders. If you still can't find it, go to http://my.pbworks.com and try to create your account again, using the same e-mail address. You'll be given the option to resend your confirmation e-mail.
If you are on a network with a particularly strong spam filter you may need to talk to you IT administrator and ask them to whitelist emails from the PBworks domain.
How do I add an email?
To add an email address to your PBworks Account, just sign in at http://my.pbworks.com and click the "Email" tab, then add your email address. We'll send the original account e-mail address a verification email before we actually attach it to your account.
How do I delete an email?
Just sign into your PBworks Account at http://my.pbworks.com. click the "Email" tab, and remove your e-mail address.
How do I change my PBworks Account Password?
To change your PBworks Account password, simply log into your PBworks Account, Click on the "Email" tab, and look for "Change your password." Fill out this area and you're all set.

Adding profile pictures
Go to your PBworks Account at my.pbworks.com and click the Profile tab. Then scroll down to the "Profile Picture" section; there, you'll be able to upload a .jpg, .gif, or .png image file under 200kb.
PBworks Account Deletion
PBworks Account deletion is serious business - you will no longer be able to use PBworks again. This is an entirely irreversible action. Please make absolutely certain you are ready to delete your account before following the steps below:
First, sign into your PBworks Account at my.pbworks.com, and click on the "Profile" tab:
Next, scroll down to the bottom and click on the "Delete account and remove my email address from PBworks" link
If you have workspaces...
If you currently own workspaces, you will not be able to delete your PBworks Account. You will need to either delete the workspaces you own, or contact support and request a transfer of workspace ownership to another user. Once you have deleted or transfered your workspace, you can proceed with the next step.
If you do not have workspaces....
If you do not have any workspaces with us (or have deleted/transferred previously owned workspaces), you can jump right into the account deletion process. Please read this information carefully - account deletion is permanent! Click "Start delete process" to begin.
We will send you a confirmation email to the email address on file. You will need to follow the instructions on this email to continue the account deletion process
Once you've received your email, you will be taken to a page that looks like the image below. Click "Click here to delete your account" to finish the process. Please make sure you are ready to do this - this is an irreversible process!!
