Project Edition Description
The PBworks Project Edition is the newest addition to our product. Designed for companies managing projects, large numbers of users, or working within a "network" of people - including colleagues, collaborators, or clients. Users can focus on the workspaces they need to do their work, yet also search more widely in the network for organization knowledge or information in other workspaces that might benefit their work.
Project Edition Features
Project Edition includes many new features, including:
- Unlimited number of workspaces for intranets or projects
- User dashboard gives users personal overview of upcoming tasks and recent activity on all relevant workspaces, as well as list of recently visited workspaces
- Network search finds matches across all accessible workspaces, in pages, comments, and files
- Shared user directory allows teammates to easily find and contact each other, e.g. via Send a Link
- Add users from the user directory to new private workspaces easily with auto-complete, or allow users to join workspaces themselves
- Add company branding with network logo while branding individual workspaces with client logo, colors, and styles

Free Trial
The PBworks Project Edition has a 30-day free trial. The network home page will let you know how many days are left in the trial.
Your PBworks Network Login
If you are currently a PBworks user, you will need to create a new login for each network you participate in. Keep your current PBworks account for all your personal projects, but collaborate on your network for work-related projects. You can even use the same email address and password if you prefer.
Accessing Project Edition Networks
To access your company network, just go to NETWORKNAME.pbworks.com.
Accessing Project Edition Workspaces
All workspace names begin with your network name. While it's easiest to access them directly from your network, you can also acces them by going to NETWORKNAME-WORKSPACENAME.pbworks.com.
