The Mobile Edition of PBworks comes with all premium workspaces and packages.  While it doesn't allow direct editing or uploading of content, it does format the text so that it can be viewed easily on a mobile device and allows for making comments and viewing of pages and files.

Workspaces under the free basic version do not have access to the Mobile Edition.  If a free workspace is viewed by a mobile device, the page is displayed as it is displayed in any other web browser.  As you can see, the site does render fine, however the interface is not optimized for the device.		Premium workspaces have access to the Mobile edition.  Each page renders a little differently in mobile devices to ensure the page renders correctly, with all images intact, and the links to the change list, folder list, files, and all pages remain functional.

Advantages to Mobile Edition:

• Pages render quickly and in the best possible format
• Page and file lists can be quickly accessed
• At the bottom of every page displayed is a search box, for searching your workspace on your device.  Results are given in an optimized format.
• Files can be quickly listed and opened, if the browser of the mobile device allows it
• New pages can be created
• Comments can be made on pages from any mobile device

Unfortunately, there is no page editor compatible with Mobile Edition at this time.  To edit pages directly, you must access the workspace through a standard web browser.  However, if accessing a premium workspace or network through Mobile Edition, you will be able to make comments on pages.
