Basic Edition
No matter what your use case, we provide the basic version of PBworks free to all users for as long as you'd like
Classroom Edition
For teachers and librarians, the PBworks Classroom plan allows you to add classroom accounts to your single workspace. Classroom workspaces come with 40GB of storage space and up to 100 users, with plenty of customization features to make this a fun place for your students. You can instantly pay for this workspace package via credit card.
Campus Edition
If you're planning on rolling out PBworks to your entire campus or school district, the PBworks Campus plan provides great value. It includes a thousand users, 40GB of storage, and all the security settings you'll need. Contact a sales representative to get started on rolling this out at your school.
Legal Edition
PBworks Legal Edition is the online collaboration platform of America's leading law firms. It improves the productivity of your attorneys and staff, boosts billable hours, and improves client satisfaction by enabling more effective collaboration, both inside and outside your firm. Contact a sales representative to get started.
Project Edition
The PBworks Project Edition is the newest addition to our product. Designed for companies managing projects, large numbers of users, or working within a "network" of people - including colleagues, collaborators, or clients. Users can focus on the workspaces they need to do their work, yet also search more widely in the network for organization knowledge or information in other workspaces that might benefit their work. Contact a sales representative to start managing your pojects.
Public Edition
The PBworks Public plan is great for groups like barcamp, fan clubs, or conferences - a workspace that is meant to serve a community of users. This workspace package lets you have unlimited users and 40GB of storage space along with full customization, but does not allow you to restrict any visitors from viewing any pages or folders. Contact a sales representative to add this plan to your workspace.
Standard Edition
If you're not a teacher or librarian, the PBworks Professional plan allows you to take your basic workspace to the next level. Full customization, scads of storage space and customization features - you can do it all with this plan. Available free for up to 30 days, contact a sales representative if you're ready to move beyond the trial.

W-9

License keys
Once you have worked with your sales representative, we will email you a license key that you can apply to your workspace by going to "Settings" and then "License." Click the "Enter License Key" button to enter this key and upgrade your workspace. This license key will be included on the second page of your PBworks invoice.
Cancellations
Classroom Edition Cancellations
Please email our billing department. Also, please remember to contact us with the e-mail address that is registered as the workspace's owner, include the name of your workspace, and let us know why you'd like to cancel your payment.
PayPal
Some of our legacy users paid for PBworks using PayPal (this is no longer a payment option). PayPal handled our educational and individual workspace billing, so you can easily change your payment options by visiting them. To downgrade your workspace, log into your Paypal account at paypal.com
Effects of downgraded workspaces
What happens when a premium workspace is downgraded to a free basic workspace?
- PBworks will not delete your files, even if you're over quota. Your file space will be reduced to the basic free level, preventing further uploads if your workspace is over that limit. However, you won't lose your files - we wouldn't do that to you!.
- SSL for private workspaces will be disabled except during login.
- Domain mapping ( yourdomain.com => yourworkspace.pbworks.com) will stop working.
- Locked pages will remain locked but other pages will not be lockable.
- Your custom security settings will remain, but you will lose the ability to make changes.
- Custom workspace CSS will be disabled.
- Hidden pages will unhide.
- The Custom Favicon will be ignored.
- Full zip backup will become unavailable.
Silver/Gold/Platinum workspace plans
PBworks will honor your pricing and package level until your pricing renewal date comes up. At that time, we'll ask you to switch to one of our new plans. If you have questions about what plan is most appropriate to switch to, please contact a sales representative or contact the support team through the "Help" link on your workspace.
